A regional delivery will be considered if the buyer's delivery address is within the state of New South Wales in Australia.

A national delivery will be considered if the address is outside the New South Wales region. 

By selecting standard or express shipping at checkout, our system will automatically calculate the shipping fees based on the delivery destination.

Our team will pick and dispatch your product as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification informing you that your order is on its way. Our delivery carriers typically deliver during business hours before 5pm for Standard Deliveries and between 6pm – 9pm for Express Deliveries. Alternatively, you can provide authority for us to leave your order at a convenient location around your house/apartment (subject to availability in your state).

If you’re concerned that you won’t be available to receive your delivery during these times, we recommend providing your work address as the delivery address or granting permission to leave the package at a convenient location around your house/apartment.

For orders where unattended deliveries can take place, you will have the option during checkout to give us permission to leave your order.

Please note that deliveries may not occur at an unattended address if any of the following circumstances apply (as assessed by our delivery partners at the time of delivery):

• The address is unclear, ambiguous, or has a current re-direction or hold in place
• There is a risk that minors may access the alcohol
• The site cannot be safely accessed
• There is no secure location to leave the goods
• There is no suitable location to leave the goods that is not visible from the street or public view
• There is a possibility the goods will be damaged (e.g. due to weather, interference, damage by pets, etc.)

As soon as your order is despatched we'll email you a unique Consignment Number which will allow you to track the progress of your delivery online.

Use your unique tracking number to check out the date our parcel is expected to be delivered, along with the opportunity to choose other options such as how and where you would like to receive it.
