This blend of Grenache noir, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre is hand-picked, destemmed, and aged in large wooden casks. The wine boasts a bright ruby color, with aromas of ripe fruit, spices, and garrigue. On the palate, it’s full-flavored, intense, and charming, making it perfect for a bistro setting.
