The wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in 100% French oak barrels from renowned coopers Taransaud and Ana Sélection, under the guidance of Stéphane Derenoncourt, a highly regarded oenologist. This aging process contributes to its complex profile, featuring aromas of dark fruits, licorice, and delicate oak notes. On the palate, it is silky, balanced, and offers a long, elegant finish.
