One of the finest rosés in Provence, this exceptional wine captures the freshness and balance of its terroir, nestled in the foothills of the Massif de la Sainte Baume. The vineyards, with their clay-limestone scree and pebbly soils, benefit from northwest and west-facing exposures, ensuring optimal ripeness while retaining vibrant acidity.
The wine presents a luminous pale salmon hue, with an enchanting nose of strawberries, raspberries, citrus fruits, and white peach, underlined by a delicate flinty minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and mouthwatering, with bright red berry and citrus notes leading to a long, persistent finish.
Crafted from a refined blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Vermentino, and Clairette, this rosé is produced using direct pressing, with some varieties undergoing a cold maceration before pressing. Cold clarification and natural fermentation preserve its purity, while gravitational work in the cellar enhances its finesse.
