Longchamps Rosé 2023 - Provence - Domaine du Val de l’Oule
A delightful blend of 60% Caladoc and 40% Grenache, this rosé boasts a pale hue and enticing aromas of peach, citrus, and a touch of mineral earthiness. Light-bodied, supple, and refreshingly vibrant, it offers plenty of character. The wine undergoes direct press and low-temperature fermentation, with tank maturation before bottling.
