This gastronomic rosé, crafted from Mourvèdre (40%), Grenache (30%), and Cinsault (30%), offers a superb salmon hue and a low-yield production of 30-35 hl/ha. Fermented in stainless steel with no malolactic fermentation, it showcases complex fruity and floral aromas, complemented by hints of citrus and aromatic herbs. The palate is powerful yet balanced, with depth, texture, and a lingering finish.

Food Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, or paired with fish soup, grilled fish, shellfish, or tomato-based dishes.

Serving Temperature: 8-10°C.
